Four visiting delegations in Grenoble in May and June

Four new delegations were welcomed to Grenoble INP – UGA at the end of Spring 2023. Representatives of Canadian and Chinese training and research organizations were present, who came to strengthen and develop links with the institute of engineering and management.

On May 26th: signing of two degree agreements with the École de Technologie Supérieure of the Université du Québec (ETS)

Two double degree agreements were thus signed in Grenoble by Pierre Benech, President of Grenoble INP – UGA and François Gagnon, General Director of ETS in the presence of Eirini Sarigiannidou, International Relations Vice-President and Christine Chirat, Vice - President of the CEVU (The Council for Studies and University Life). These agreements represent the culmination of a collaboration of trust through which the 2 establishments issue their respective national degrees.

The Quebec delegation travelled to the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region to raise awareness of ETS with strategic partners in the region, and to discuss their international development project. France being their privileged partner, ETS wishes to further strengthen this relationship and identify structuring opportunities for partnerships.

The Quebec technology school is considering future ties in terms of relations with industry and innovation, particularly in health technologies but also with certain Laboratories of Excellence (LabEx) of the UGA.

On June 2nd: preparation of an agreement and development of research with the Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT)
