Ginsen Smart energy option: courses

Energy and sustainable development currently constitute two major societal, scientific and industrial challenges. In this context, energy transition, particularly the efficient production of renewable electricity and heat, as well as its storage and optimized distribution are booming industry sectors.

Owing to its outstanding scientific environment and its pioneering activities linked with hydroelectricity, Grenoble has always been in the forefront of the development of new technologies in the field of energy and water management.

Ginsen option in Smart Energy will capitalize on this expertise, covering several fundamental aspects (from smart-energy to emerging energy society) and applications (from physical modeling and optimization to machine learning and internet of things (IOT)) of this field.

This option is open to students in IT or Energy (Bachelor and first year of Masters degree level).
