Intercultural Coach, Facilitator and Consultant.With over twenty years of experience building organizational capabilities, deploying strategic initiatives, and supporting worldwide change management programs, Véronique has worked in a variety of multicultural teams and specializes in supporting international teams working effectively together. In October 2010, Véronique started working as an independent coach and consultant. She is partnering with organizations going through “growing pains”, when culture plays a key role in facilitating change, ensuring strategic alignment and overall engagement from employees and managers to the organization’s vision and strategy. She became a member of ICF (International Coach Federation) in 2011 and obtained her certification by ICF in September 2014.
Véronique leverages her coaching skills to support managers and executives at various international clients, as well as by facilitating workshops and team coaching events. Véronique is an alumni of the Ecole Normale Supérieure, holds the equivalent of a PhD in Geography (Agrégation de Géographie,Université Paris Sorbonne), a Master degree in History from Université de Paris Sorbonne/Oxford University.
